Credit Union of Hawaii
Framing, finish carpentry, cabinetry, masonry and roofing were completed by Heartwood for the new Hawaii Federal Credit Union at Keaau on the Big Island. The branch was 5,000 square feet and work was completed under a compressed schedule in order to facilitate the planning opening of the branch. Due to the compressed schedule Heartwood worked with numerous other subcontractors on the project and coordinating activities was a high priority. This project was all new construction, the roof was standing seam and the finish carpentry was an art deco style.
