Hualalai

Hualalai Development was completed for the University of the Nations at Kailua-Kona. The project was for student housing and Heartwood Pacific was a subcontractor on this project completing all of the production framing. The framing of the 2 and 3 story condominium buildings were completed in phases over a 10 month period. The size of the project was 210,000 square feet.

Construction Value – $11 Million
Contract Value – $1.8 Million (labor only, materials were supplied by the General Contractor)
