A 4,000 square foot semi-luxury single family located in Kailua-Kona. The residence was designed by Alii Architects. This project included poured in place concrete columns. Heartwood utilized 16” PVC pipe that was designed to stay in place and became intrical to construction. The residence also included custom framed vaulted and recessed ceilings.
