Paradise Park

This was a production 7 single family residences development in a contiguous setting with all 7 homes under construction at one time. Once the site work was completed for one lot the foundation started and the site work for next lot started. Each task was based on starting with the first home and moving to the next until that task was completed for all 7 homes.

Each home was set on 1 acre lots and the design included challenging site work in order to accommodate the planned landscape that would create visually separate residential backyards. Each residence was 1,425 square feet and included a 2 car garage and outside lanai. In this project Heartwood utilized acid stained concrete floors. The project was completed for a private developer.
