Lokahi Low-Income Housing Renovation
Agency/Owner: State of Hawai'i Public Housing Authority
Performance Period: November 2009 to September 2010
Scope of Work: Interior and exterior renovation of 30 residential units in 15 duplex buildings. The renovation was completed utilizing a phased approach so that residents were able to move to other units and stay within the development. In addition to a complete interior and exterior renovation the project included: new sidewalks and ADA accessible curbs, CMU trash enclosures, photovoltaic street lights, solar attic ventilation, street paving, new water meters, new water lines, and drain line replacement.
